Position: Relationship Officer
Job Location: Odisha (Multiple locations)
Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish contact and build relationships with prospects
- Recommend suitable financial solutions
- Identify potential business prospects and analyze their industry positions
- Provide credit assessment information and support loan disbursement process
- Promote business loans and achieve assigned targets under the banking vertical
- Extensive travelling involved
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of lending procedures and legal documentation
- Good communication in English, Hindi & regional languages
- Owning a two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory
