Job Summary:
Responsible for quality customer acquisition as per the product bouquet of the business. Candidates must adhere to all processes and policies of the bank while maintaining strong banking relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source loan clients as per the business plan and target
- Maintain strict credit discipline ensuring zero defaults
- Monitor loan portfolios and perform regular utilization checks and visits
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices
- Maintain accurate records and timely reports
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Complete loan contracts, notarization, and collect fees
- Perform other assigned duties as required
