Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage collection and recovery in Lending portfolio.
- Handle individual Collection portfolio.
- Update visit trails and money collection details on the Mobile App.
- Ensure 100% visit on all cases and track asset utilization and availability.
- Manage daily and weekly targets as to facilitate the monthly targets.
- Ensure adherence to processes, compliance, audit related activities and no delay in deposition.
