Job Location:
- Ranchi RO: Jamshedpur, Chaibasa, Ranchi, Gumla, Khunti
- Dhanbad RO: Dhanbad, Giridih
- Medininagar RO: Garhwa, Daltonganj, Latehar
- Hazaribagh RO: Hazaribagh, Bokaro, Koderma
- Deoghar RO: Deoghar, Godda, Pakur, Sahibganj, Dumka
Salary:
- Minimum ₹4.50 Lakh CTC per annum (based on current salary)

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (BBA/MBA/master’s degree)
- 3-7 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Microfinance collections
- Fieldwork experience (BM or higher)
- Mid-level leadership experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead staff/CROs in arrear collections for JLG/Microfinance clients
- Monitor and review team performance against targets
- Prepare regional collection reports and attend meetings
- Conduct field visits to train CROs and implement collection strategies
- Develop strategies to reduce NPAs and improve collection efficiency
