Muthoot Finance is hiring for the positions of Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) / Customer Care Executive (CCE). Freshers can apply. Job Description for JRE (Junior Relationship Executive) – Only Male Candidates

• Attending walk-in clients at branches.
• Accepting & appraising gold jewelry as per company norms.
• Ensuring proper verification & valuation of collateral securities and documents.
• Processing/documentation of loans & other financial services.
• Cross-selling of all products and achieving individual & branch targets.
• Conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.
• Following all procedures & policies as laid down by the organization.
• Coordination with various banks & preparation of BRS.
• Completing all accounts-related work in the branch.
• Maintaining the upkeep of the branch and ensuring confidentiality in all dealings.
• Tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.

Job Description for Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Only Female Candidates

• Managing all customer communication with etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism.
• Generating business and leads for new loans from new customers.
• Handling branch walk-ins for business generation.
• Generating referrals through existing customer base and walk-ins.
• Meeting HNI, corporate, and institutional clients to promote gold loan propositions.
• Handling customer requests and complaints to closure.
• Understanding customer needs and cross-selling other products accordingly.
• Generating business and leads for other products like insurance, NCDs, gold coins, etc.
• Entering meetings, leads, conversions (self-sourced and referred leads) in Playbook/CRM daily.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary : ₹32,000 to ₹36,000 (inclusive of daily allowance).
• Additional Benefits: Reimbursement of traveling expenses, air-conditioned accommodation facility, incentives, bonus, medical insurance coverage, and other staff welfare measures as per company norms.
