Experience:
- Branch Manager: Minimum 4 years in Gold Loan, NBFC, or Banking
- Gold Appraiser: Minimum 1 year in sales or relevant field (Age < 32 years)
- Customer Care Executive: Fresher or 1 year in customer care/front office/sales (Age < 28 years)
