Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business and meet sales targets
- Develop and manage dealer/reseller channels
- Identify and tie-up with Car, Tractor, CV dealers and re-sellers
- Resolve PDD (if applicable)
- Handle collections and portfolio coordination
- Build and train sales/channel team
- Conduct portfolio management with Ops & Collections
- Verify assets during loan processing
- Maintain regular review meetings with line managers
- Manage Car/Tractor/CV loan business in assigned areas
- Ensure strong follow-up on ED & NS cases
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build new leads
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of the target market
- Ability to adapt to competitive work environments
