Key Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing business and meeting assigned targets.
Channel development and dealer tie-ups.
Identification and coordination with CV / Tractor dealers and resellers.
Resolution of PDD cases, if any.
Handling collections and portfolio management.
Team building and achievement of business plans.
Asset verification of cases under processing.
Managing CV / Tractor loan business across assigned geography.
Regular review meetings with reporting manager.
Strong checks on ED and NS cases.
Building business by identifying and maintaining customer relationships.
Skills Required
Ability to negotiate.
Understanding of target market.
Ability to adapt to a competitive environment.
