Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by sourcing clients for retail loan products such as Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Serve as the first point of contact between customers and the company.
- Promote loan products by explaining their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to prospective customers.
- Collect, verify, and submit KYC documents, income proofs, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
- Report daily sales activities, leads, and progress to the Team Leader or Branch Manager.
