LIC AAO Recruitment 2025: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) invites online applications for Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO). There are 350 openings for this post. Candidates with Any Degree qualification are eligible to apply for this job. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on or before 08 September 2025. Salary: Rs. 88,635 – 1,69,025/-
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
Probation: A candidate after appointment as Assistant Administrative Officer shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. This period may be extended upto two years
Total Vacancies: 350 Posts
Age Limit (as on 1 August 2025):
- Minimum Age shall be 21 years (completed)
- Maximum age shall not be more than 30 years
Age Relaxation:
- For SC/ST: 5 Years
- For OBC: 3 Years
- For PwBD (Gen): 10 Years
- For PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
- For PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- For ECO/SSCO (Gen): 5 Years
- For ECO/SSCO (SC/ST): 10 Years
- For ECO/SSCO (OBC): 8 Years
- Confirmed LIC employees: Further Relaxation of 5 YEARS
Selection Process:
- Selection of Assistant Administrative Officers will be done through a three tiered process involving
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
- Interview
- Pre-recruitment Medical examination.
- The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will NOT be added for preparing the final merit list for selection.
- Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview.
- Marks obtained in the Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.
- The decision of LIC in this regard shall be final and binding on the candidates.

- For SC/ST/ PwBD candidates: Intimation Charges of Rs. 85/- + Transaction Charges + GST
- For all other candidates: Application fee cum Intimation Charges Rs. 700/+Transaction Charges+GST
