Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets assigned for regions/zones by guiding the team.
- Monitor Collection Executives to identify fraudulent practices and prevent loss.
- Handle customer issues and escalations.
- Prepare Collection MIS reports.
- Review and monitor the team’s performance.
- Ensure all allocated pools are visited within the timeline.
- Resolve customer issues to minimize PTP.
- Responsible for DPD wise collection as per company target.
