Job Responsibilities:
- Source and achieve targeted Tractor Business as per branch requirements
- Meet individual sales targets
- Handle X BKT Collection as per allocated cases
- Ensure PDD closure of self-sourced cases
- Generate leads through multiple sourcing activities
- Build positive DSA relationships
- Source new business channels
- Resolve customer complaints or forward them to the concerned department
