Job Description
Achieve and exceed targets set for number and value of Gold Loans.
Primary contact for gold loan customers by pitching products, explaining features, and collecting required documents.
Coordinate with branch team members including ADO, BM, CRM, CCR, CROs, LOs, and external partners such as BCs and DSAs.
Resolve field-level customer queries related to Gold Loans and manage regular collections.
Act as back-up for Assets Desk Officers in their absence.
