Position: Relationship Officer – Unsecured Business Loan
Job Location: Jodhpur, West Patel Nagar (Delhi), Ghaziabad, Jaipur, Gurugram, Noida
Salary: Best in the Industry
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing unsecured business loan products
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, implement and achieve the business targets and profitability of the branch
- Direct all operational aspects at the branch including operations, customer service, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Adhere to existing processes and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Bring out the best of branch’s staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Sourcing through DSAS
- Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
