- Monitor loan portfolio and conduct utilization checks
- Ensure compliance with policies and contribute to improvements
- Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping
- Handle customer queries to ensure satisfaction
- Complete loan contracts including signatures, notarization, and fee collection
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
