Gold Loan Officer Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the targets set for the number and value of Gold Loans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Gold Loan customers.
- Pitch Gold Loan products to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain Gold Loan product features, terms, benefits and requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify the required customer documents for Gold Loan processing.
- Resolve field-level customer queries related to Gold Loan products and services.
- Manage regular collections and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Act as a backup for Assets Desk Officers during their absence.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly Gold Loan targets in terms of both volume and value.
- Work on OSP increment of the assigned portfolio.
- Achieve cross-selling targets assigned for the customer portfolio.
- Call and visit eligible customers to pitch Gold Loan products and generate leads.
- Conduct outbound promotional activities for Gold Loan lead generation.
- Ensure proper collection and follow-up of 0–90 DPD cases at the branch.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Freshers with relevant sales/customer-handling skills may also be considered.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, sales, field sales or financial services will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with customer visits and field-level activities.
- Target-oriented candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development are preferred.
